COVID-19 Service Advisory

Although our physical office location is currently closed to customers, we are still able to assist remotely with nearly all technical issues. Our staff is working remotely and ready to assist you. We have several existing tools and techniques, along with a few new processes we’ve developed to enable us to assist you without visiting your location.

Remote Support: As long as your computer can access the internet, we can assist with most issues through our normal remote support service that we have offered for many years.

Video Chat and/or Telephone Support: For more complicated issues that would normally require a technician to visit your location, we are offering “video chat support” in which we can contact you via video chat on your smart phone or tablet. This allows you to be our eyes and hands, as we guide you through any necessary troubleshooting.

For issues that cannot be addressed via the above remote methods, we may offer to meet you at our office by appointment, or visit your business location for emergency service as needed.
