All technical issues are not equal! Some are best suited to on-site service, while some are best suited to remote support or by having you bring your computer into our office. Please note, these are our standard “non-contract” rates; Customers with a Managed IT Services Agreement will have most labor included as part of their monthly fee, and any extra billable services will be provided at rates substantially discounted from our standard rates shown below.

- Includes free 15-minute follow-up remote session or telephone consultation within 30 days, upon request.
- Ultimate Service – Flat Rate of $180.00 + parts/tax
- Estimated 1 to 2 Business-Day turnaround time

- Same as “Plus Service” but faster!
- Plus Service – Flat Rate of $130.00 + parts/tax
- Remote Support (via telephone and/or internet): $37.50 per 15 min

- Our remote support service allows you to connect your computer to us via our website and allows us to see your screen, and use your computer as though we were sitting there with you. You must have a high-speed / broadband internet connection, and must be able to access the internet for this service to work. Please note that not all problems can be fixed remotely and we reserve the right to refuse this method of service at our discretion.
- Not all types of issues can be fixed remotely. If we are unable to fix your issue remotely, we will advise you of the most appropriate type of service for the issues you are having.
